主要职责
Key Responsibilities:
1. 全面负责生产计划的排期、执行与交付，优化生产流程，提升生产效率与资源利用率。
Fully responsible for the scheduling, execution, and delivery of production plans, optimizing production pro-cesses, and improving production efficiency and resource utilization.
2. 主导产前风险识别；在生产出现异常时，能迅速响应、高效决策、快速处理，最大限度降低对整体计划的影响。
Lead pre-production risk identification; respond swiftly, make efficient decisions, and resolve issues promptly during production anomalies to minimize impact on the overall schedule.
3. 与技术经理紧密协作，参与制定并监督执行设备的定期维护与维修计划，确保设备处于最佳状态。
Work closely with the Technical Manager to participate in developing and supervising the execution of regular equipment maintenance and repair plans, ensuring equipment is in optimal condition.
4. 领导约20人的生产团队，负责团队成员的技能培训、绩效管理与梯队建设；与HR部门协同，强力推行生产技能与安全意识的常态化培训。
Lead a production team of approximately 20 people, responsible for skill training, performance management, and team succession planning; collaborate with the HR department to strongly promote regular training on production skills and safety awareness.
5. 运用项目管理方法论，确保新产品导入或生产改进项目按时按质完成。
Utilize project management methodologies to ensure the timely and quality completion of new product intro-duction or production improvement projects.

任职要求
Qualifications:
1. 本科及以上学历，物理学、工业工程、机械工程、材料科学等相关专业；8年以上精密制造、高端设备装配领域生产管理经验，必须熟悉生产线全部岗位的工作内容与操作要点，具备丰富的一线生产工作和管理经验，有20人团队的管理经验。
Bachelor's degree or above in Physics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or re-lated fields. 8+ years of production management experience in precision manufacturing or high-end equip-ment assembly. Must be familiar with all positions' workflows and operational details on the production line, possessing rich frontline production work and management experience, with experience managing teams of around 20 people.
2. 熟悉生产计划与排程、精益生产、成本控制与现场管理。
Familiar with production planning & scheduling, lean manufacturing, cost control, and shop-floor manage-ment.
3. 能够接受倒班。
Able to work shifts.
4. 出色的快速问题分析与解决能力，熟悉PDCA、5Why、8D 等工具。
Excellent rapid problem analysis and resolution skills, familiar with tools such as PDCA, 5Why, and 8D.
5. 卓越的领导力、团队激励能力和跨部门沟通协调能力。
Exceptional leadership, team motivation skills, and cross-departmental communication and coordination abili-ties.
6. 英语必须可作为工作语言，能够熟练阅读技术文档、撰写英文报告并进行跨国电话会议；会法语者更佳。
Must be proficient in English as a working language, capable of reading technical documentation, writing Eng-lish reports, and conducting international conference calls. Proficiency in French is a plus.
