Under the JV CEO direct supervision and responsibility, Deputy CFO is responsible for overseeing and assisting CEO for all aspects of financial activities which include Statutory & Group accounting, financial reporting budget/forecast, Tax & Local requirement, costing control etc, in order to support business growth.
Deputy CFO perform some of the CFO's responsibilities as appropriate and upon the CFO's written authorization when CFO is on vacation.
Deputy CFO oversees internal control review.
She/He is the support for financial aspects, activities related to commercial negotiations. This includes profitability studies, business plans, etc., as well as participating in commercial negotiations with the customer.
She/he also manage financial communications with Safran.

- Strong communication skills and conflict-handling skills
- Good presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Finance Management role
- 5+ years financial or audit experience in multinational company. Finance experience in
manufacturing industry is preferred
- Fluent English speaking
- Hold a certified public accountant qualification such as ACCA, CPA preferred
- Familiar with the ERP system, SAP preferred, Proficient in Excel, MS office tools
- English & Chinese as additional language preferred
